Abstract
 Since Covid-19 was declared a global pandemic, many changes have occurred in people's social life. The need to maintain physical distance has made an impact various fields, one of which is that there recession countries, and Indonesia gives signal it will experience this, indicated by the country's gross income -5.32%. In dealing with government imposed "new normal", namely return community activities implementing health protocols. Rumah Baca Komunitas (RBK), as literacy Yogyakarta, its members counseling on protocols are implemented during new normal business strategies occurrence restrictions. results evaluation show participants feel restrictions from economic perspective. According participants, material presented useful for be disciplined always despite limited access.
